Disconnects all current chat calls

Description

Disconnects all existing chat calls.

If any file transfers are in progress they wil be aborted.

The plugin callback routine "OnPluginChatUserDisconnect" will be called for each user.

If you want to know which calls are currently connected, use GetChatList.
