When i trie to connect to any of my muds it says
Unable to connect to "achaea", code=10061(Connection Refused)Error occured during phase: Connecting to world
204.209.44.12,port 23

Ok, time for some system info and basic debugging.....
What OS?
Are you running a firewall?
Are you using a proxy server?
What is your connection type?
Can you ping the mud you are attempting to connect to?

Yea! I dont exactly know what a ping or OS is so please confirm.i dont know what a fire wall is either

OS is the operating system for your computer.
Ping is an old dos networking connection tool, open a comand prompt and type ping 204.209.44.12 and tell me the results.
A firewall is a computer security feature that can (and usually does) screw up people trying to play games from behind it.

start -> programs -> dos prompt

This of course assumes you are on a windows machine

According to MudConnector, Achaea is a different IP address:

However having said that, I connected OK to 204.209.44.12 a moment ago, so either it wasn't up before and is now, or you have a firewall between you and the MUD.

Has it ever worked from that PC? Are you somewhere where a firewall is likely, eg. place of work, school, college etc?
