| I should have included this in my other message post but i forgot to. Sorry for spamming the forum board with two different messages.
Right, as i have said in my other message i am a total beginner to creating my own mud, but i do know Smaug code, and C. Bascially i am wondering if i am starting at the correct point to build my own mud. All what i have done so far, is downloaded the Executable for SMAUG server v 1.4a for Win32, sorted out the few empty file problems, deleted the lordom charactor, created my own level 65 wizard, changed the title of the mud to my own title, and made a start on changing the big title screen that each user will see when he/she loggs in. I have got loads of ideas into my mind, but it is just putting them into some sort of correct order to do them in. So if anyone knows if i am going down the right track to creating my mud then tell me, if not then tell me, and tell me what i should be doing.
Thanks once again.
