Hello Everyone,
I would like it if someone can help me make a mud. I have read a couple of pages about it, and it seems very interesting, but i get confused on some things. I have been playing a mud for the past 2 years. I really would like it if someone can help me out, alot :). Please email me if you are interested.
Thanks again,
-Reku-

Running a MUD is a lot of work. The best thing for you to do is to try setting up your own server and getting it to run. Try downloading Cygwin, and get a SMAUG distribution to compile and run on Cygwin. I think that SMAUGFUSS compiles out-of-the-box on Cygwin.

It really is a lot of work, though. You should read the following posts and think about it for a while:

Good luck!
