How do you set an object description? I can't figure it out. List all ways possible please.

In the game, or in the code? If in the code, look over how a pets "tag" is made.

In game. I used Area Editor for a long time because I could never figure out how to do it in game. Now that I'm using a Smaug diriv that doesn't support Area Editor(or vice versa) it'd be nice to know how to do it in game.
