MUSHclient printing

• You can print all or part of the output window. You can also print the "selection" (ie. to print a particular paragraph, select it with the mouse and then print the selection).
• You can apply printing styles to different colours, so that (for example) "bold red" will print in bold on the printer, but "normal yellow" will print in italic - see configuration screen below.
