Description

Used to test if a trigger exists.

Note that this function returns 0 if the trigger *exists*.

Returns eInvalidObjectLabel: The trigger name is not valid
eTriggerNotFound: The named trigger does not exist
eOK: completed OK (ie. The trigger exists)
