I am trying to do 2 things

1. I want to give mobs the ability to sset via mprog

2. I want the slist to only show what has been learned, not what can be learned

Showing only trained skills is decidedly nontrivial coding.

Thank you, with nick's insight I was able to get it to do what I wanted it to. I only show the skills learned now, not what can be learned, and also, no need to sset via mob with mppractice program :)
