| I have formatted my computer, to polish it from various viruses,
after I have installed the CYGWIN following the instructions of,
Nick: http://www.gammon.com.au/smaug/installingcygwin.htm.
2 months ago, as soon as I installed the cygwin, it went' everything well, and the make
it worked, I now have problem:
pasgal@pasgal-hi7oiw32 ~
$ cd c:
pasgal@pasgal-hi7oiw32 /cygdrive/c
$ cd smaug
pasgal@pasgal-hi7oiw32 /cygdrive/c/smaug
$ cd src
pasgal@pasgal-hi7oiw32 /cygdrive/c/smaug/src
$ make
bash: make: command not found
pasgal@pasgal-hi7oiw32 /cygdrive/c/smaug/src
$

| | If "make" isn't there you haven't installed the development tools. It isn't part of the default install. If you follow my instructions exactly you should get 'make'. |

I have reinstal cygwin as you say footstep footstep
(2 months ago, to my first download any found problem)
today after having him/it reinstallato it tells me this:
Copying skeleton files.
These files are for the user to personalise
their cygwin experience.
These will never be overwritten.
`./.bashrc' -> `/home/pasgal//.bashrc'
`./.bash_profile' -> `/home/pasgal//.bash_profile'
`./.inputrc' -> `/home/pasgal//.inputrc'

$ cd c:

$ cd revenge

| If you look at my Cygwin installation page, when you run the Cygwin setup, you *must* have a checkbox next to the word "make" in the "Devel" section.
Can you confirm you have that? |
