okay what is the syntax and command you use to assign new spells/skills to new classes?

I don't know how to do it with OLC, but you could always edit the class file. See the existing ones for examples, like this:


Skill 'aqua breath' 14 80
Skill 'armor' 2 90
Skill 'bless' 16 95
Skill 'blindness' 30 90
Skill 'cause critical' 17 95
