Saving immortals

Hello i just started, i think i am missing a folder for immortals like players. All of the players save and can login and out, but after i advance them when they log back in they are back to the level 2 char. When they log out or try and save i get the message
Log: [*****] BUG: Save_god_level: fopen
I tried to create a folder called immortal and have it work like player, created the subfolders with each letter, didnt work. i renamed it god instead of immortal, still didnt work. Am i going about this the right way and have the wrong name of the folder or am i just completely wrong? - thanks

Codebase, version?

What folders did/do you have already, and why do you suspect there's no immortal folder there?

Providing more information will greatly expedite the solution of your problem. ;)

In smaug a folder "gods" is used and it has no sub directories.

Hmm. As that folder is missing from the list, I would strongly suspect this to be the problem. ;)
