I have the patch.exe file for the Windows version of PennMUSH. I double-click it, and I just get a blank command-prompt. Where are you supposed to put the executable, and how do you run it?

Applying Windows Patch

You are intended to go to a command window, and type:
patch < patch_file_name
The patch program reads that file and applies the patch. However that program is really old, you are probably best off gettting the lastest source from the PennMUSH site.
