I have downloaded all the files related to SmaugFUSS1.9 from the smaugmuds.org site. Loaded all the files without an issue into the Visual Studio worskpace, but seem to be unable to successfully compile the files contained within the download.

Here is the build log:

Performing Makefile project actions
'make' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Project : error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code from "Performing Makefile project actions"
Build log was saved at "file://c:\TolanorBeta\Debug\BuildLog.htm"
TolanorBeta - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)
========== Build: 0 succeeded, 1 failed, 0 up-to-date, 0 skipped ==========

If anyone knows the solution to this problem it would be of great assistance to me.

Thanks in advance,

Stewart

If you want to compile and run a mud in windows, I suggest using CYGWIN or andLinux, both of which install and run on top of windows.
