I was working on some Lua programming unrelated to MUSHclient, and I noticed that the current Lua version is 5.1.4. MUSHclient currently uses 5.1.1, I believe? I don't see much harm in upgrading MUSHclient's Lua version, especially if they only fix bugs, so could this be done? Lua's bugs page can be found below if you want to look over the differences.

It uses 5.1.4 since version 4.36. See:

Ah, I see. I was going off of the "Warning for Lua 5.1 Upgrade" section I see on each post, which mentioned 5.1.1. I couldn't find the full version number anywhere else. Thanks!

The notes correctly said that version 3.80 upgraded to Lua 5.1.1. (However since version 3.80 further upgrades to Lua have been done).

It is rather misleading, as you said, so I have added another sentence pointing out that the current version of Lua is 5.1.4.
