| Hi there. I play Dark and Shattered Lands, and I'm looking for a plugin that helps me remember what I'm doing when I go on a quest. Maybe on the info or status bar?
The text looks like this:
You ask The High Priest of Arkane for a quest.
The High Priest of Arkane says 'Thank you, brave Lilac!'
You have asked to find a lost item.
The High Priest of Arkane says 'Vile thieves have stolen a bright green emerald from the royal treasury!'
The High Priest of Arkane says 'My court wizardess, with her magic mirror, has pinpointed its location.'
The High Priest of Arkane says 'Look in the general vicinity of Gahboom Hill for Philosophy Guild!'
The High Priest of Arkane says 'You have 51 hours to complete this quest.'
The High Priest of Arkane says 'May the gods go with you!'
Variables, which I want to capture:
The High Priest of Arkane says 'Vile thieves have stolen X'
The High Priest of Arkane says 'Look in the general vicinity of Y'
I was hoping I could find some way to get the item and location to be visible someplace, for recall at a glance.
Any ideas? | Top |

| Oooh, yes, yes. Thank you. Going to try to see if I can figure out how to make it work for me.
Thanks so much for the suggestion, I did go down the list of plugins and some how missed it.
Will check back if I have issues. | Top |

| Managed to get it to work, very proud of myself.
Only issue is that the text in the box is super small and my eyes are old(er). I don't see any clear way to increase the font size. Any help? | Top |

check (WindowFont (win, font_id, font_name, 8)) -- normal
That gives you 8 point font (rather small, yes!).
Change the 8 to something bigger. |
