I am using cygwin and it tells me when i type make that there is no such command, and i followed the instructions from somewhere else in the site exactly and it wouldn't let me compile it. And I cannot get cygwin again

I have all of the source needed to make the exe file. It is not the normal pre-assembled version of smaug. I have added multiple snippets and fixed some stuff.

If it says make isnt a command with cygwin then you didnt install the developer files for cygwin you can add the files to cygwin using the intaller or you can reinstall cygwin with the developer files.
