Is there a way to clear the history list of worlds previously opened in the file menu?

They are in the Registry, however a simple way is to delete or rename the files and then try to open them. As each one fails it is removed from the list.

So what you could do is, rename the "world" directory (eg. to "world.temp") go into MUSHclient, open each world file (from the recent file list). As each fails to open it is removed from the list. Then rename the world directory back to its original name.
