I have found on a couple occasions that when using the links either from the About MushClient or when Hilighting text and then using the command "Go to Url" the system seems to tie up and go to a Not Responding mode in Windows. Other times the browser will go to Non-responding.

Currently I have IE 6.0 and Mozilla 1.3 installed on the PC, the default browser is Mozilla.

So dunno if its another bug or perhaps its on my end.

The way MUSHclient implements external URL displays (ie. using Netscape or whatever your browser is) is via a ShellExecute system call, which doesn't always seem to work. It is hard to say what the problem is in your case, because the number of bug reports is fairly low.

It should work the same as going to the Start menu, selecting Run, and pasting in the URL. If that also causes your system to hang then I would say you have a system problem of some sort.

Most of the time, the program that launches the URL waits for the browser to load before control returns... Is your browser slow to load or does it hang?
