is there anyone who can send me into the correct direction
for adding a Powerlevel system for my personal mud so that i can create a mud of my own that only i will use except for my friends mabey.

There are a few DBZ codebases out there, why not use one of those?

I dont know about other codebases, but on mine powerlevel was just exp changed to a long int, from there just disable the code that advances a players level via exp, and work from there. Err if you dont go with all those other code bases that are released that is.

There are plenty of DBZ codebases. Look on mudmagic.com for some, and here's the DBSaga:
