Anyone know where I can get ASCII art made for my mud, either a program, a person or a tutorial?

I've seen some awesome ascii art, just want to know how to create and add to my mud.

One method is to use MUSHclient (downloadable from this web site for free). Make a "notepad" window, and then use the Edit menu -> ASCII Art.

You can browse for various font styles by choosing a font file (about 16 are supplied). There are also "smushing" styles which control the way the letters run together.

The result appears in the notepad window, which you can then copy and paste into your MUD's greeting file.

Wow, I didn't even notice that was there, lol.
It looks pretty cool, although I see no difference between 'smush' and 'overlap'.

Some of them are subtle, and I think depend on the font.

You can get more fonts from:

From figlet.org? I didn't find any zip files, each font was separate but I found about a dozen I liked.

Now to decide which I like best, lol
