Yes, World Configuration->Input->Keypad. Just type your aliases there.

Are you opening world first, i cant see anything
in open or closed world.

Yes, open the world, go to the file menu, and follow the rest.

Seperate arrows from keypad, dont work.

You might be able to use the Accelerator function to redefine those keys...
