1. Fixed bug where you could not add an alias if you checked "ignore case" - you would get the message "this alias is already in the list of aliases".
2. Added the new "group" field for triggers, aliases and timers into the appropriate dialogs. In other words, you can now enter a group name for each trigger, alias and timer. Multiple items can have the same group name, in fact that is the idea. Then you can enable or disable an entire group from a script.
Also the group name has been added to the "list" view for each type (it will probably be over on the right-hand side, you will need to resize the other columns to see it).
3. Fixed bug where a "menu alias" in a plugin would not show up in the menu that appears if you Control-Left-Click.
