| | At the bottom-right of the screen there is timer which shows how long I have been connected to the world, is there a way to restart that timer without having to close and reopen the world's window? | | Top |

| He meant the built in timer Nick.
Yours just adds a time connected as the status bar text. |

| Ah yes, I understand that. :)
There is some background stuff here that isn't obvious.
Weston, who started this thread, and who isn't necessarily a "he", asked for that in a support request, and I replied that it could not be done, however would a timer on the status bar do? The answer was "yes", hence this plugin.
However to answer the original question: no, the timer on the bottom RH corner cannot be changed, and is really a "total connect time" timer, not a "how long has this session being going" timer.
The activity list window shows the time connected this time around, and my plugin is intended to just be used as a general timer.
eg. If you have 10 minutes to find your corpse, then that would be useful to know how much of that time has elapsed. |

| The plugin is great! Thanks! :D
What do you think of this idea I had:
When a user double clicks on the time being displayed on the bottom RH corner it would be reset. Perhaps a confirmation, maybe make that confirmation optional. | | Top |

| That sounds rather official. :)
I guess that's nearly the end of this subject until #509 (hopefully) finds its way into a future version of MUSHclient.
Thank-you for all of the speedy assistance! | | Top |

| There is a new script function in version 3.46 - ResetStatusTime - that lets you reset that timer in a script.
Also, as you suggested, double-clicking it will reset it. |
