MC deems to have a problem remembering where it was when shut down on a multi-monitor system. I have it positioned on screen 2 and when I restart it MC starts back on screen 1 instead of 2 where I want it.

Yes, I don't have two monitors and would have trouble testing that. It simply remembers the coordinates, which are assumed to be on one monitor.
