I'm starting this new from mm2k6 and wasnt really very good at scripting on that either, so bare with me.

Im trying to create a search alias that will count all the corpses i've killed and upon command search said corpses, and get gold from them, then reset the count to zero for the next room of guys to be counted when killed.

You haven't given nearly enough information for anyone to help you with this.

Hmm...

Ok, i kill anywhere from 1-100 people/animals/whatever in one room. I need a script to count all the corpses for a search command like:
20 dead bodies
search corpse
search 2.corpse
So on all the way to 20.corpse

Then at the end of it, it needs to reset the count back to zero.
